Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Sintace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We verify our products many times before sending them, making it unlikely to be our mistake.

If you have a suspicion that it is our mistake, you may contact us and our team will resolve the problem.
